1. Sweepstakes Timing / Description

The Campbell's Labels for Education^SM program Busload of Gear Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern time (ET) on 7/1/09 & ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/31/09 ("Promotion Period"). Promoter's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. A random drawing will be held at the end of the Promotion Period to award the one (1) Grand Prize and one-thousand (1,000) First Prizes ("Prize Drawing").

2. How to Enter

Go to www.labelsforeducation.com at any time during the Promotion Period to enter the sweepstakes. First time entrants will complete the registration page including their name, address, birth date, email address, school name and telephone. Once completed, click "submit" and you will receive one entry in the sweepstakes. Returning entrants will simply enter their email address. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/31/09 in order to be eligible. Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) email address per person. For the purposes of this promotion, a "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to play multiple times in one day will be deemed invalid. Campbell Soup Company, One Campbell Place, Camden, NJ 08103 ("Sponsor"), Promoter, and all prize providers assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, stolen, late, illegible, misdirected, entries or mail. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online participant, it will be determined that the sweepstakes entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will collect information from the entrant solely for the purpose of notifying winners and awarding prizes.

3. Grand & First Prize Random Drawing

One (1) Grand Prize winner and one-thousand (1,000) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 11/15/09 by Strobe Promotions, Inc. 535 So. Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801 ("Promoter"), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by U.S. mail and/or email. First Prize winners will not be notified, but will simply receive their prize in the mail. Decisions of the judges will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Winning schools must be a Labels For Education eligible school to redeem their LFE points certificate. The school chosen by the winner to receive the Grand Prize must be eligible to be a participant in Campbell's Labels For EducationSM program and be located within the United States or DC. If they are not eligible, an alternate winner will be selected. Employees, agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Sponsor, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, parent companies, prize providers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, advertising and promotion agencies, and Promoter, are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands & where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the LFE program rules, or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.

5. Prizes/Odds of Winning

(1) Grand Prize: A “busload” of arts, athletics and academics gear for your school. Prize awarded to the LFE eligible school of the winner's choice. 1,100,000 LFE Points and a cash prize of $12,500, (awarded as a check) that is intended to be used to defray the cost of obtaining a "busload" of arts, athletics and academics gear, will be awarded to the LFE eligible school of the winner's choice. In order to receive prize, school designated by the winner must be enrolled in the LFE program. Winning school will then be able to redeem their LFE points and choose gear for their school from the LFE catalog. Prize as awarded will vary from prizes depicted in advertising materials, depending on winning school's choices. Approx. retail value ("ARV"): $25,000. (1,000) First Prizes: A Labels for Education 100-Point Certificate. Prize to be awarded to the LFE eligible school of the winner's choosing. ARV: $1.15/each. Total value of all prizes: $26,150. Odds of winning a Grand or First Prize in the Random Drawing is dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize Restrictions

Prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after the Promotion Period ends (subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility). Grand Prize LFE points will be deposited into an account set up for the designated school, and First Prize LFE points will be awarded as a certificate to the winner to give to their designated school. All LFE points awarded in this promotion will have an expiration date, and will be subject to the 2009-10 LFE program rules. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions on any portion of the prize allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case substitution will be of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen certificates or similar items once they are in the Prize Winner's possession. All applicable taxes (if any) and any other costs not specifically stated herein are responsibility of the winner.

7. Grand Prize Winner Notification & Verification

Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail and or email on or about 11/15/09. Winner confirmation is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. School chosen by Potential winner of Grand Prize will be required to sign and execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where legal, a publicity release and documentation stating that they are tax exempt pursuant to IRC Sec 501(c)(3), and return same, properly executed, within 14 days of issuance of notification. Failure to return any or all documents as specified, a prize or prize notification being returned as undeliverable, or potential winner not complying with any term of these Official Rules will result in the participant being disqualified and the prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner, providing sufficient time is available.

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & the decisions of the judges, which are final. All materials submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, every winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by the Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiary and affiliated companies, all prize providers, and Promoter, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives, ("Releasees") from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, arising from this Sweepstakes and from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity.

9. Internet

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or due to any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, equipment failure, including overloading of a website due to excessive use, threatened terrorist act(s), terrorist act(s), air raid(s), blackout(s), act(s) of public enemy, earthquake(s), war(s) (declared or undeclared), fire(s), flood(s), epidemic(s), explosion(s), unusually severe weather, hurricane(s), embargo(s), labor dispute(s) or strike(s) (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage(s), transportation interruption(s) of any kind, work slow-down(s), civil disturbance(s), insurrection(s), riot(s), or any other similar or dissimilar cause(s) beyond Sponsors' sole and reasonable control, then the Sponsor reserves the right at Sponsor's sole discretion, to void any entries at issue, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Releasees assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failures of any kind including computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to access or submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or for destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Sweepstakes materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Releasees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or any Sweepstakes entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that entrant's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.
